Rick founded Crow Law Legacy to help Texas families and business owners make thoughtful decisions about their property, responsibilities, and future. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2006, he advises clients on estate planning matters that may include wills, trusts, probate, asset-protection concerns, and the transfer of family wealth.
Rick has also been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 2007. That experience gives him a practical perspective when a plan involves homes, investment property, business interests, or other real-estate questions. His approach emphasizes clear explanations, careful coordination, and plans designed around each client’s circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all set of documents.

Liza McGinn
Liza is a co-founder of Crow Law Legacy and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1997. Over nearly three decades, her work has included special education, family and corporate law, estate planning, and general civil litigation. She now concentrates her practice on helping individuals and families prepare for incapacity, protect loved ones, and create a more orderly path for the future.
Her experience in special education law informs a thoughtful perspective when families are considering special-needs planning, guardianship questions, caregiving, and long-term support. Liza focuses on listening carefully, explaining legal choices in understandable terms, and helping clients develop plans that reflect both immediate concerns and lasting family goals.
